Role Overview

CSA Recruitment are sourcing an experienced Account Manager, from within the recruitment sector, to oversee and take accountability for delivering high quality onsite and managed recruitment services to our clients. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional management support to all clients, employees, and workers, supporting all aspects of their day-to-day requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of recruitment services delivered to our clients across multiple sites
  • Fulfilment of all bookings in-line with the clients’ service level agreements (SLA)
  • Responsible for resourcing, recruitment, and development of personnel alongside the client
  • Ensure that services delivered are 100% compliant and operate efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet / exceed operational expectations
  • Performance manage workers, reporting on attendance and performance
  • Develop and maintain strong customer facing relations undertaking regular client meetings
  • Ensure the highest level of H&S is maintained across sites and services
  • Manage absence and disciplinary procedures
  • Oversee weekly timekeeping / payroll records
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and audits for company vehicles (where applicable)
  • Conduct regular compliance checks against GLAA and Stronger Together requirements
  • Be commercially minded, approaching operational tasks with a cost based attitude
  • Be commercially aware and seek new business opportunities alongside company directors

 

The Candidate

  • Prior operational management experience of managed recruitment services
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Excellent relationship builder with workers, employees, and clients
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft products
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of GLAA and Stronger Together requirements
  • Can provide a 5-year checkable working history
  • Holds a full driving licence (no points preferred)
  • Experience of a similar role would be advantageous
