Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Llanelli, South Wales
Type: Fulltime (Permanent)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Role Overview
CSA Service Group are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager, from within the security sector, to oversee and take accountability for delivering high quality security and cleaning services to our clients. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional management support to employees and clients, supporting all aspects of their day-to-day requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of security services delivered to our clients across multiple sites
- Manage daily operations of cleaning services delivered to our clients across multiple sites
- Ensure that services delivered are compliant and operate efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet / exceed operational expectations
- Performance manage security and cleaning staff / teams, reporting on performance
- Develop and maintain strong customer facing relations undertaking regular client meetings
- Ensure the highest level of H&S is maintained across sites and services
- Responsible for ongoing recruitment, development, and training of personnel
- Manage absence and disciplinary procedures
- Oversee weekly timekeeping / payroll records
- Conduct regular vehicle checks and audits for company vehicles
- Conduct regular compliance checks against SIA, H&S, COSHH requirements
- Preparation and review of Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Be commercially minded, approaching operational tasks with a cost based attitude
- Be commercially aware and seek new business opportunities alongside company directors
The Candidate
- Prior operational management experience of security / cleaning services
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Excellent relationship builder with employees and clients
- Excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft products
- Proven leadership qualities
- Holds a valid SIA licence (SG/DS)
- Can provide a 5-year checkable working history
- Holds a full driving licence (no points preferred)
- Knowledge of CCTV systems / CCTV towers would be advantageous
