CSA are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Assistant to support the Technical Manager and Technical Administrator
About the role:
- Supervise the day to day quality function of the business
- Carry out audits as necessary
- Allergen control on site
- Record and manage daily incidents, implementation of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
- Improve standards, monitor hygiene, quality and food safety issues on daily basis
- Undertake product sample submissions for the laboratory and with Technical Management support, interpret results, maintaining the sampling matrix for reporting to the Technical Manager
- Assists with customer visits and third party audits
- Ensure all quality paperwork is completed in full and 100% accurate
About you:
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- QA experience is essential
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outgoing and can suggest new ideas
- Can commit to Mon-Fri and sometimes a Saturday
