CSA are looking for highly responsible candidates with good people skills for the position of mobile patrol, static and key holder. Key Holders are responsible for ensuring that customers properties are opened and closed on time as well as managing the alarm system, including setting and disarming as well as responding to out of hours alarm activations.
The Key Holder will need to be the first person at the property and the last one to leave, which requires a high level of conscientiousness and responsibility.
Key Holder Requirements:
- SIA License
- Full clean Drivers License
- 1+ year experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Presentable demeanor and friendly nature
- Diligent and responsible attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Based in Swansea and surrounding areas
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
Mobile Patrol / Key Holder Responsibilities
- Customers keys
- Carry out patrolling and open/lock duties effectively and in a timely manner
- Respond to Emergency Alarm Response
- Liaise between emergency services and customer
- Report writing
- Vehicle maintenance checks
- Full time and part time hours
