Role Overview
CSA Recruitment are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Llanelli based team as a Recruitment Manager. In your role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the recruitment business – handling clients, temporary agency requirements and candidates daily.
You will recruit across a number of sectors including food manufacturing, industrial, construction and waste & recycling. It is your job to oversee the resourcing team, ensuring client requirements are met on a daily basis by sourcing, screening, and onboarding work ready candidates.
Build relationships with current clients is a must, working as their preferred business partner for the supply of general and skilled labour. We need you to seek and develop new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage the day-to-day activities of recruitment team
- Understand and deliver customer labour requirements daily
- Build a strong reputation as an agency of choice for candidates and clients
- Develop strong candidate attraction techniques across the team
- Manage company job boards, social platforms, and our recruitment website
- Keep internal company systems updated with latest candidate / client data
- Oversee compliance with procedural, contractual, and legislative requirements
- Ensure current business levels are maintained and maximized
- Develop new business opportunities across working sectors
- Achieve and exceed expected levels of profitability and margin
The Candidate
- Can hit the ground running and enjoy a challenge from day one
- Must work well in a tight, results driven team
- Prior experience of high volume temp recruitment (preferred)
- Experienced communicator at all levels
- Excellent relationship builder with your workers, colleagues, and clients
- Proven leaderships skills and qualities
- Knowledge of industry-specific legislative requirements
- Can provide a 5-year checkable work history
- A full UK driving licence is essential
