CSA Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client to add Recycling Operative to our friendly and passionate team.
The Role:
To support the Site Manager / Recycling Foreman with the day to day operations of the Civic Amenity Sites in accordance with Company and legislative requirements.
Main Duties:
- Follow the instructions from line management regarding personal health and safety and that of operatives and visitors to site
- Ensure that all household waste disposed of at site is segregated and placed in the correct designated recycling containers / areas
- Inform Recycling Foreman of container disposal requirements
- Offer advice and assistance to members of the public
- Follow Cleaning Instruction Cards according to the area
Person Specification:
- Flexible approach and ability to work within a team
- The ability to listen to understand and follow instructions
- The ability to rapidly achieve basic understanding of the site license, environment management systems and working plan for each of the facilities with appropriate instruction
The Shift Availability:
• Shifts – Sun – Mon available 08:00 – 18:00
Location:
- Trostre
- Nantycaws
- Wernddu
- Whitland
You will require a driving licence for this role as we have shifts available across all sites in which you will need to travel to.
This is an outside active role and working in all weather conditions.
