As part of a multi-property contract cleaning award, CSA Hygiene were awarded the contract for deep cleaning several Cardiff University owned and managed accommodation blocks across campus throughout the summer of 2018. As part of our obligation under this contract we delivered over 600 units throughout the summer recess, working closely with the University’s Residence Management teams to ensure minimum disruption to their schedule.

To ensure a smooth transition between premises, and delivery within the tight working deadlines required by the client, our operations team took a unique approach to the service delivery. Our specialist teams offered 24/7 coverage throughout the service, ensuring that there were teams present across campus both day and night. This allowed for twice the coverage, in half the time.

In addition to our deep cleaning service, the client also requested a specialist restorative carpet clean in select units across the campus. This service was delivered by a specialist carpet cleaning team who could provide the client with the experience and support required for successful completion.
