To ensure that FEI Foods Ltd were production ready, they enlisted the services of CSA Hygiene to provide them with trusted high-level cleaning support. With a tight production deadline approaching, delivery of service was essential to the hygiene team of FEI Foods. CSA provided a fully managed high-level cleaning solution, working alongside the on-site maintenance support team to ensure the facility would meet its pre-production audit specification.

As part of the managed service provided to the client, CSA organised for the delivery of the necessary access platforms through our trusted supply chain; as well as procuring and allocating materials required to complete the works in-line with the clients preferred chemical suppliers.

Additional to the high-level cleaning service offered, CSA also provided a deep floor cleaning service; which involved the supply of several ride-on floor scrubbers to cover the approximate 3000m 2 floor area of the factory. CSA were able to provide these services to the client, while offering full management of the cleaning process. Full risk assessments, method statements and training records were provided for each stage of project delivery.
