World Class facility at SA1 for Swansea University
The Computational Foundry is a fine piece of architecture, both inside and out. Willmott Dixon, the head contractor, lead the £32.5 million project and in the summer of 2018, handed the keys to the university. This project is part of an EU & Welsh Government investment to establish Wales as a global hub for research. With both mathematical & computational sciences being a big part of the university’s prospectus, it’s an exciting time for the South Wales Institute.
Specialist Hygiene
We provided a number of cleaning services for our client, Willmott Dixon. During the building process, we liaised with them and carried out a number of services to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleaning. We delivered a builders clean, sparkle clean & external window cleaning to Willmott Dixon as part of our Specialist Hygiene services.

The Computational Foundry project was one of many successes for our CSA Specialist Hygiene team. Over the last few months, we’ve worked closely with more universities in South Wales. We continue to pursue further clients within the education sector and have lots planned for 2020.
