In July 2018, CSA Hygiene were awarded the builders cleaning package of Willmott Dixon’s project being completed on behalf of Swansea University. The contract award built on a strong relationship between CSA and the main contractor, offering a variety of additional services to the existing portfolio of successful projects between the two companies. As part of our obligation to this contract, CSA successfully delivered the builders cleaning, sparkle cleaning and external window cleaning packages on-time and to specification.

To successfully deliver the 582 rooms within the building, to both builders and sparkle cleaning specification according to the site finishing schedule, CSA provided a specialist team lead by a dedicated site supervisor who would oversee the completion of works. This provided significant benefits to the client, as they always had a point of contact when required.

As mentioned, the client also required a specialist contractor with the capability to provide external window cleaning services to the premises. CSA were able to provide these services to the client, offering full management over the cleaning process. Full risk assessments and method statements, along with relevant training records of personnel, were provided throughout the service delivery.
