The Computational Foundry is a fine piece of architecture, both inside and out. Willmott Dixon, the head contractor, lead the £32.5 million project and in the summer of 2018, handed the keys to the university. This project is part of an EU & Welsh Government investment to establish Wales as a global hub for research. With both mathematical & computational sciences being a big part of the university’s prospectus, it’s an exciting time for the South Wales Institute.
