Yes of course. Our service is completely flexible and we understand you will be anxious about the quality of recruit we place with you. That means you can be as involved or as passive as you like during the recruitment process.

Yes, if you want us to. Some businesses like to do this themselves, but equally, we have procedures and resources available to ease this burden for you also, and we will discuss this element with you to ensure recruits are fully up-to-speed as soon as possible, but also to the standard you require.

We have worked very hard to achieve a series of recruitment accreditations and to become members of various recruitment confederations, which all promote responsible recruitment practices. As well as ensuring the quality of recruits for you, this also promotes fair and inclusive recruitment procedures. We are accredited members of ALP, REC, Stronger Together Business Partner and Constructionline.

Yes, this is possibly our busiest period. There are a number of seasonal recruitment periods throughout the year, not just Christmas, but we can certainly react to any short term skills needs you may have leading up to the festive period.

There are no limits to the industry sector we can recruit for, because we have the experience, skills and industry contacts to work with any type of organisation. Temporary placements are most common in the hospitality industry, but the sectors we also regularly recruit for (both temporary and permanent) are security, cleaning, food production, warehousing and manufacturing.
