How do you decide what security services I need?

Do you monitor your security staff?

All our security personnel are monitored by a dedicated customer support employee who will become your direct point of contact. They will be monitoring performance regularly and you will be able to discuss concerns and changes with them to ensure the service is always meeting your expectations.

How quickly can you deploy staff to my business?

We have resources stationed across Wales and the South West who are ready and available to serve you. We recognise that security needs can change and develop very quickly, so we can have people with you within a matter of hours.

Can I combine services for a security package to suit me?

Of course. We recognise that every business is different and presents a range of unique security challenges, so we don’t offer a single off-the-shelf solution. What training do your security staff undertake?

All our security professionals are rigorously trained before they are assigned to contracts with customers. This induction training includes the required understanding of health and safety, legal procedures relating to security work and how to apply suitable customer service techniques. Our staff are vetted and screened during the recruitment process and are not assigned to contracts until we can confirm they have reached an acceptable standard.

Will the security staff I receive be licenced?

Yes, it is mandatory for any security professional working in the UK to have an SIA licence. This ensures that you receive personnel who are suitably trained and accredited and can work to the high standards you expect.
